Membership Committee
The Membership Committee at BCRC tries to create a warm and welcoming culture and increase congregational membership through recruitment initiatives as well as understanding important strategies that will help integrate members into the life of our synagogue, and retain members for years to come. The warmth of our "family" is achieved through:
- Recruitment, which is reaching out to potential new members and creating a welcoming atmosphere in which new member families can feel a part of our family.
- Integration, which involves welcoming new members into our community and encouraging them to get involved and engaged in our congregation.
- Membership Retention, which includes promoting lifelong congregation membership by creating a community where people feel deeply connected to one another, to the congregation, and to Jewish life.
